Darrell Patton - Dubbed the "Riot at the Hyatt", what was to be a peaceful protest outside the Vancouver Hyatt Hotel became violent.
Protestors breached Vancouver police security lines moving one step closer to a Liberal fundraising dinner attended by Prime Minister Jean Chretien.
After the incident police were criticized for how they delt with the protestors. Five years later, police were exonerated.
